It is indeed a thing of beauty. Dad comes from a long line of pranksters, so getting him should be somewhat hard mode, but I'm open to any and all plotting!

Well if anyone should get Hard Mode, it is Wes. He usually pulls fairly elaborate things that require planting a tracking device to work out. And did time with an Intel unit.

Like something he'd set up ahead of time to go off when Dad triggers it somehow, you mean?

Um... what if Niou covered Dad's entire lawn in forks? Like so.

That is certainly points for creativity right there. I think his reaction would be the same as suddenly finding his toilet on the lawn. (see icon)

So yeah, I'd say that would count as a successful prank. It'd definitely get a chuckle out of him after he's done being confused. :)

Cannon, I think. Because he likes to shoot things. He can probably conceal it pretty well, he does know how to do a stealth mission.

Well, it should be pretty hard to avoid a cannon launching something like that, so consider Dad pranked. He's got the following regains for Wes to temporarily get:

Wallet Fetch Modus - It's like a Bag of Holding except it's a wallet. He's got innumerable cakes and pies stored in there, as well as about a hundred cans of shaving cream and about a ton of pipe tobacco.

MANGRIT - This is more or less just super strength. Enough to punch people through walls, lift heavy safes, and bend and break iron bars.

Harlequin Decorations - A whole bunch of life-sized jester dolls and paintings of clowns.

Colonel Sassacre's Daunting Text of Magical Frivolity and Practical Japery - A massive tome full of timeless jokes and pranks written around the turn of the century.

He's probably going to need the MANGRIT for one of the other pranks I have planned for him, but I can always say he does that one before he gets hit with this. As far as taking any of the other stuff, I'll just ask that it not be destroyed or heavily messed with during the event before he gets it back, since it's all kind of important stuff for him.

Hmm, I think the tome which will not be messed with, it will be studied. Because Comparative Pranking is clearly a valid field of study.

Groot is proud and noble tree. He will complain about this pranking silliness right off the bat.

And then when he is on the verge of dying he'll realize he might want to try and prank someone.

Of his targets given him, he'd choose the one's closest in apparent age to him and probably be the most mature in handling it.

Which comes down to Benson and Dad Egbert.

Fate is a bitch sometimes.

So late in the 2nd Day Groot is going to try SOMETHING. I'm thinking he might try a banana peel on Dad.

Banana peel is likely to fail, Dad being the classic prankster that he is. He'd be looking for that.

Oh yes, I highly doubt it will work, but at the same time, Groot will be very noticeably sick when he tries to prank you and Benson.

Think Dad might go with falling with the prank to see if it would keep Groot from failing and dying? Of course without any actual surprise element, it probably wouldn't matter whether he slipped or not...
